Check disk insufficient disk space?

I have W7 and in my maintenance window it keeps saying . It needs to check disk for problems , I re boot and it goes so fast I cant really tell what goes off but I noticed at the end it says " cant complete task insufficient disk space " I have 62.5 gb used and 111gb free What is the problem
