How am I( or anyone) supposed to beat teams using camping tactics on MW2 or BO?

I have run into so many groups of people on MW2 and BO that are in a 6 person party and join a game of TDM and have organized camping tactics. I cant win! I try to play smart and flush them out w/ the usual stuns, heart beat sensors, fmj, etc. They each take a position on the map that gives them a huge tactical advantage over the enemy and if one dies another one is in a position to replace him, or they just use tac inserts. For example, i just finished a game on Terminal(4-75!). One enemy was stationed at the booth near the sunglass/magazine store staring down the entrance to the plane, one was behind him in the very back near the lugage weight thing, one was at burger town, one was behind the library in the garden, and the rest would back up their douchy pussy teamates. They all had either an LMG or a nubetube class with 1 man army and they all had claymores. No matter what you do, you cant get past them. I am legit player that has a KD of 2.04 but no matter what you do you cant kill them. Does ANYONE with the same experience with these kind of dumb shits have any advice on how to beat them without leaving the game?
