When I startup my PC it responds with buzzing. Please help?

So last night I left my computer on with the radio channel running and I woke t o find the monitor was not displaying anything. I turned it off and restarted it and it responded with (in order) long buzz short buzz short buzz long buzz short buzz short buzz, and the computer sounds like it's starting up still but nothing shows up on the monitor still. it says no signal. I tried removing and re-inserting my RAM cards and it didn't help. The only thing I did recently was discharge the excess static in the computer, by unplugging it and holding the power button in for 30 seconds and re-booting it. It's is supposed t help with slow desktops. If anyone could help me, it would be great.
