Which paintball gun is better for me?

Perfromance & quality will actually be quite similar. But because the Gryphon is cheaper, and this will be your first gun, i'd recommend that. You can always get a different and/or better gun later on, after you've figured out exactly how often you'd be playing, and if it's worth getting more gear.
