Did the people responsible for Collins submarine software possess decision support tools ? Did the software?
itself largely consist of decision support tools ? Were the associated test systems built largely from decision support tools ? Would a "tactical trainer" system be largely a decison support tools ? Would an associated "environment simulator" be largely a decision support tool ?
