Computer typing numbers instead of letters(NO NUM LOCK)?

My Dell Studio XPS randomly started typing every number between 1 and 9 whenever i get on a game, it doesn't matter what game. This only happens on the ADMIN profile, on my other profile it works perfectly. I have already tried the on screen keyboard, pressing num lock a million times, un-plugging the keyboard, putting it in different usb slots, and re booting. Any Help?
