I have a worm? that will not let me access the internet. It keeps asking me to buy some kind of maleware?

what software program are you running? if your using windows go to your startup menu access windows defender and run a full systems scan do not click on or open anything unless it was already on your computer when you first bought it windows comes with its own spyware and malware security in windows defender if ur running a mac then Im not too sure what u should do I have had this issue before and that'sis what worked for my comp hope this helps
