Does anyone know how to get rid of this "Windows Repair" virus?

I got a virus yesterday that is giving me these BS warning about my hard-drive failing and these fake diagnostic tests. I am running Windows Vista Home version by the way. In any case, anyone know how to get rid of it? I tried running Super Anti Spy ware and Avast in both regular and safe mode. They say they got the virus but when I re-boot it just comes on again as soon as my computer boots. Anyone have any other solutions or recommendations?
