My Windows 7 wont install?

I have Windows 7 and I am trying to install a program .All I get is a notice Failed to install due to a previous request for a system reboot. I have installed the program on my laptop W7 no problem . Please keep your answers simple I am very new to this . I have cleaned my system with CCleaner . defraged and re booted 5 times still the same
