Windows vista wont stop restarting after a re-installation?

It seems as though either it's Vista itself, or there's a virus even deeper. If you can, open up Firefox or Internet Explorer, download MalwareBytes, ComboFixer, or CCleaner, or some other one, boot into Safe Mode, and run them.
